Around 5,000 Firefighters from over 45 countries are in Sydney for the World Firefighters Games from 19-28 October. This is the 12th of the Biennial games to be held, with Firefighters competing in a variety of sports such as Rugby and Tennis, challenges like the Firehouse Cook-off to more occupation specific events such as the Toughest Firefighter Alive event.
I’m both competing in events, as well as covering many events with camera in hand. Links to galleries will appear below.
